Committing Clean Claims

When you are satisfied with the claim batch status/warnings (as the biller for the agency), then you are ready to submit the claims:

1.    If you do not want to include claims with warnings, ensure that the Include Warnings box is not checked.. By default, the system automatically checks this box to include claims with warnings when you commit them.

2.    Click Commit Clean Claims:

Enterprise Edition commits the batch (excluding Fatal errors), and moves the claims to the Post Batches tab.

Claims with Fatal errors remain on the Work with Batches tab until you resolve them (giving them a "clean" status) or delete them.

If there are any remaining, unresolved claims, you may continue to work with claims and errors on the Work with Batches tab. After you work to resolve claims to a "Clean" or "Warning" status, you may then commit them to a new batch for posting.
