There are two different ways that a user can create a new, blank claim; one method is available from either claims grid (i.e. Institutional. Professional) and the other is available while viewing an individual claim.
If viewing a claims data grid, hover the mouse cursor over the Tools menu and then select New Claim.
If viewing an individual claim, hover the mouse cursor over the Transaction tab and then select New Claim. Complete all fields in the claim form with any applicable data to proceed with the routine billing process.
