As inaccurate patient information can delay payments, firstREV provides users with the ability to view a list of available patients, validate whether patient information is accurate, and see if a patient’s eligibility has changed between visits. As described in the Grid Functionality topic, the patient records display in a grid similar to other grids found throughout firstREV.
The primary purpose of the Patient Folder screen is to serve as a convenient source for specific, detailed information related to an individual patient. Although, there are additional control features available.
A patient information banner runs across the length of every screen throughout the Patient Folder, which indicates brief details about the patient currently selected: Patient Name, Date of Birth, and Gender.
