Saving and Closing the Form and Elements Builders

Select a form from the Custom Forms Master grid and click Publish to make the form available to add to the patient chart. An Effective Date populate in the grid

You cannot edit published forms.

 

Select a published form from the Custom Forms Master grid and click Un-Publish to remove the form from availability to add to the patient chart. An Expiration Date displays in the grid. 

You cannot edit Un-Published forms.

Select a form from the Custom Forms Master grid and click Copy to create a new row in the grid that includes an exact copy of the original form. You may edit the form name, properties, and the form itself to create a new form.
