When an alert has been triggered, the software will automatically resolve most alerts once users correct the invalid data that is triggering the alert. However, users may need to manually resolve some alerts. In most cases, the alerts that must be resolved manually are Out of Compliance alerts.
● Users that have the AlertsAdminDON user security permissions enabled (in Administration | User Security) are able to resolve any alert.
● Users that only have the AlertsQA permission enabled can only resolve certain alerts. Additionally, these users cannot resolve any alerts with a Category of "Personnel" and will only see alerts that are associated with their user account.

Users can easily determine whether or not any particular alert can be resolved by the color-coded shading of the Resolve? column for the corresponding alert. As shown below, the Resolve? column will display pink shading for alerts that can be manually resolved and white for alerts that cannot. |
To manually resolve an alert from the Alerts screen (if applicable):
1. Check the box in the Resolve? for the corresponding alert you want to resolve.
2. Click Resolve at the top of the screen.
