Entering Facility Rates

To add rates to a facility:

1.    From the Main Menu, click Master Files, and then select Facilities.

2.    On the Nursing Facilities tab, select the facility name for the rates you want to add.

3.    Click the Rates tab. You will be directed to a new screen with the selected facility name displayed.

4.    Click  .

5.    Highlight the desired Service in the grid.

6.    Enter the following information:

     Enter the Service Code, Description, and Service Type under Service Master/Room & Board.

     Enter the Effective From and Thru dates under Applied Facility Rate.

     Enter any applicable Fee ($$$.$$) and Multiplier to automatically calculate the Unit Price.

     The Revenue Code will automatically display based on the original service or corresponding Service Detail Override.

7.    Click  .

8.    Repeat for each additional facility.

9.    Continue with Creating Facility Contacts.
