Adding Payor Contacts

To add contacts for a payor:

1.    From the Main Menu, click Master Files, and then select Payors/Plans.

2.    Select the Contacts tab.

3.    Click  .

4.    Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Contact Notes.

5.    Click  . When the information saves, the Phones/Email area becomes active so you can add phone numbers as necessary.
