Before using Enterprise Edition, you should ensure the following: default web browser
1. First, ensure that the operating system is compatible.
2. Ensure that the Windows display settings are compatible with a resolution of "1024 x 768", or higher, and DPI setting of "96".
3. For optimized functionality, your default web browser should be Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 10 or later. All internal browsers are not universal and all are modified or developed for a specific device and/or operating system on which they run. HEALTHCAREfirst certifies Enterprise Edition for all versions of IE that Microsoft is currently supporting, with the exception of versions built for "ARM" processors used in some Windows tablets. Specifically, this means that we claim that any part of the application performs as warranted and behaves as designed — when accessed through these browsers.
Applications can display and operating differently in different browsers. Although we certify that Enterprise Edition functions as designed in IE browsers, it can still be accessed and used in other, more popular, browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari. There will be differences in the way Enterprise Edition displays and operates in other browsers when compared to IE. These differences vary based on browser.
