Changing the Current Status

Use the Current Status option to view and/or change a patient's status in Patients | Admission/Discharge:

1.    Select the appropriate patient name.

2.    Click Current Status.

3.    In the Patient Status window:

     Click the arrow beside Status, and select a new status.

     Enter a date in the Date field in the mm/dd/yyyy format, or click    and select the date from the calendar.

4.    Click  .

5.    If you selected a status that changes the facility, Enterprise Edition will automatically display the Division History fields:

     Click the arrow beside Division, and select a division.

     Enter a date in the Begin Date field in the mm/dd/yyyy format, or click    and select the date from the calendar.

6.    Click    above the Division History.
