Inactivating a PPS Episode

To inactivate a PPS episode for a patient in Patients | Intake Referral:

1.    Select the patient with PPS episodic periods.

2.    On the Patient Management window, click the PPS Episodes title bar.

3.    On the PPS Episodic Periods tab, click the episode you want to make inactive, and click  .

4.    In the message that displays, click OK. Enterprise Edition will mark the episode Inactive, and True will display in the Inactive column beside the episode.

If billing data is already attached to the episode you select, you may not inactivate it.
