If your agency opts to utilize the OASIS certification option, the Document Status section will contain a for any OASIS document after it has been locked. This option indicates to the rest of the agency that the corresponding document has been certified through the agency's QA process.

To be able to certify an OASIS document, your user account must have the appropriate permissions set up in Administration | User Security. The Certify feature is only applicable for OASIS documents. |
To certify an OASIS document that has been validated and signed/locked:
1. While the correct patient is currently selected, click the Documents tab.
2. Select the appropriate OASIS document listed in the display grid.
3. Click the button located in the header of the Document Status section.
● This button is only available after an OASIS document is locked.
● Once this button is clicked, the button will change to , which allows users to reverse the certify action.
