.To identify pharmacies that the patient uses in Patients | Intake/Referrals | Pharmacies:
1. Below Pharmacy Search, enter the ID or Last Name, or partial ID/Last Name, and click .

You do not need to enter the complete number or name to search. |
2. From the list of pharmacies in the grid, click the pharmacy name to select it. Enterprise Edition will display the information at the bottom of the window.
3. If necessary, you can click the arrow beside the ID or Name fields and edit the pharmacy ID and name. Or click the Pharmacy Contacts tab to add new contact information for the pharmacy.
4. Click 
, and then enter phone and e-mail information.
5. Click the Pharmacy tab to return to the pharmacy information.
6. Use the Notes field to enter any additional information about the pharmacy.
7. Click . Enterprise Edition will display the information at the top of the window.
8. Click 
to continue.
