Documents Tab

The Documents tab lists all available documents for the patient. Use the Documents tab to create a document, review and filter a list of documents, and review the document status:

1.    From the Main Menu, click Patients to open the patient's chart and click the Orders tab.

2.    Perform one of the following:

     To create a new document, click  , click the arrow beside Document to select the name of the document you want to create, and then click  . Enterprise Edition will highlight the document in the document grid.

     To open an existing document, highlight the document in the document grid.

3.    Click to open the document in a new tab.
