Ungenerated visits will appear in Patients | Admission/Discharge | Generate Orders and can be edited before they are generated. To edit the visit information:
1. Highlight the applicable set.
2. Click .
3. If different from the default, click the arrow beside the Service field and select the applicable service.
4. Change the start and end dates/times, as necessary, or click the check box beside NonTimed.
5. To change the payor for associated visits, click the Payor field and select one of the available options in the drop-down menu.

Payors attached to the patient chart will be available for selection in this field; this excludes payor plans that have the Schedule from Auth box checked in Master Files | Payors / Plans | Plans. By default, this populates the primary payor saved in the patient chart. This option is not available for visits that are generated from the Authorizations screen. |
6. To change the status of the visit, click the arrow beside Status and select from the list.
7. Click to save the information, and click the Return link to return to the Calendar View.
