To edit data for an individual visit:
1. While viewing the Order Generation Calendar, click on the visit you want to edit. The Scheduled Visit screen will display for the selected visit.
2. Depending on what information needs to be changed, you can then edit applicable information for the visit using the corresponding fields.

The Payor field is not available for visits that are generated from an authorization. These payors require a different scheduling process for visits as they are setup to generate visits according to authorizations. Furthermore, visits associated with these payors should not be interchangeable with other payors attached to the patient chart. Learn more about authorization schedule settings. |
3. After all necessary changes have been made for the selected visit, click .
4. Click the Return to Calendar View link to return to the Order Generation Calendar screen.
To edit data for multiple visits:
1. From the Calendar View drop-down menu, select Grid View.
2. Check the box next to any applicable visits listed in the grid. Additionally, you can click the Check All box to select all available visits.
3. Enter or change necessary data for the selected visits by using the corresponding fields (Example: If all selected visits should have a Scheduled Start Time of 10:00 a.m., enter "10:00 AM" in Scheduled Start Time field).
4. Click to save the changes.
