Identifying Employee Availability

Availability determines when the employee is available for scheduling (shift hours, lunch break, days off). To identify and enter employee availability in Personnel | Availability:

1.    Enter the information about the employee's availability.

2.    Enter any requested days off, and click    to update the Currently Assigned Days Off.

3.    When you finish entering all information, click  .

4.    Click    to apply pending changes.

5.    Continue with Entering Continuing Education.
