Uploading a Custom Agency Document to a Personnel File

You can upload documents (such as photos of wounds, lab results, and so on) to an employee's file:

1.    From the Main Menu, click Personnel and select an employee.

2.    Click the Documents tab.

3.    Click New then select Choose File to open an explorer window, prompting you to specify the file you wish to upload.

4.    Navigate to file's folder location, select the file, and choose Open.

5.    Click the Type drop-down menu and select the most applicable option to identify what kind of document it is.

6.    Click  .
