To select a medication from a list of user defined medications:

1.    Select the User Defined option.

2.    Enter one of the following:

●     In the Medication Name field, enter the medication name, or partial name.

●     In the Med. ID field, enter the ID number, or partial number for the medication.

3.    Click  .

4.    From the list of available medications under Name, click the correct medication to select it.
