Use the Personnel Types reference files to identify the types of employees your agency employs (such as nurse, billing clerk, and so on).
Adding a personnel type
To add a personnel type under Reference Files | Personnel Types:
1. Click .
2. Enter the Type.
3. Click the arrow beside Job Class and select a class.
Job Class is also a reference file that your agency may customize if necessary. See Personnel Job Class to add a new class.
