To add a patient relationship code under Reference Files | Relationship Codes:
1. Click

2. Click the arrow beside Description and select from the pre-defined list.
3. Enter the Descriptive Text.
4. Enter the Associated Billing Code.
5. Enter the Bereaved Relation.
