Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to fix errors that were occurring when opening a document that contained deleted Wounds.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to add a new Validation message. "A duplicate answer was found for M000. Please remove the existing answer & reselect answer." This step will clear the Validation message and allow the document to Validate and be Locked.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to correctly create P pages on document revisions.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to fix errors that were causing the 'Unable to calculate' message on Validation Estimated Reimbursement.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to update the validation message, 'Unable to Calculate’. This message was being provided for counties needing transitional rates and/or transitional CBSA codes for the CY 2015. The CBSA code is stored within the patient’s address, this means that any patient admitted prior to January 1, 2015 that lives in one of these ‘transitional area’s’ will need a new address created, effective January 1, 2015 with the new CBSA code. To assist agencies with this process, a script will now be run against your agencies database to determine which patients need a new address created. Once these patients are identified the software will place an end date of 12/31/2014 in the current residence and create a new address along with the appropriate transitional code with an effective date of January 1, 2015. This means that no user intervention is required to update this information.
