Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.
firstHOMECARE & firstHOSPICE
Maintenance
● Changes have been made to iPad | Patient to fix issues that were causing the patient caregiver phone number to not save on the iPad after being added.
● Changes have been made to Reports | Admission | Case Management Listing to fix issues that were causing the report to omit the last person listed on the report when using the default parameters.
● Changes have been made to Document Tracking to fix issues that were causing the regular pop-up print message to not appear when printing selected or all documents from Document Tracking.
● Changes have been made to Patient | Admission to fix issues that were causing the patient's Admission Status to not display correctly when "Do Not Admit" was checked.
● Changes have been made to Personnel to fix issues that were causing the screen to display the first Personnel in the list when saving (or clicking "Next") after adding a new Personnel.
● Changes have been made to Reports | Patient | Payor Source to fix issues that were causing the patient to not pull to the report when the patient's admission date was equal to the "Service Thru" date.
● Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Hospice Aide Visit Note B or HHA Visit Note B to properly save the visit dates and times, and modified by date information, if you create a new Hospice Aide Visit Note B or the HHA Visit Note B, enter the dates and times on page one, click “Save”, and then exit the document.
● Changes have been made to Orders to fix issues that were occasionally causing the “Name” on the Completed/Locked Order to modify if a user, other than one that completed/locked the order, clicked “Save" on a Completed/Locked Order.
● Changes have been made to Document Tracking | Custom Forms to fix issues that were causing an incorrect electronic signature to print when printing Custom Forms from Document Tracking by clicking "Print All".
● Changes have been made to Personnel | Scheduling and Accounts to no longer display inactive Personnel.
Enhancements
● Changes have been made to Patient | Admission to display "+" in the Patient search list when the patient has multiple admissions regardless of the search criteria, instead of only when the "Admission Type” is equal to "All." This lets the user know that the patient has, or has had, more than one admission in the system at some point in time.
firstHOMECARE
Maintenance
● Changes have been made to Accounts | Profit/Loss Report to fix issues that were causing the Summary section to not display the Skilled Nurse (SN) discipline results.
● Changes have been made to iPad | Homecare Certification (485) and Homecare Recertification (485) to fix issues with selecting options under "Functional Limitations", "Activities Permitted", "Mental Status", and "Prognosis".
● Changes have been made to Accounts | Profit/Loss Report to fix issues that were causing this report to overstate visit counts by listing those services in Charge Entry not marked as visits.
Enhancements
● Changes have been made to Alerts to add two new alerts Case Communication Notes:
249 - Patient admitted but Case Communication assessment is not complete.
250 - Patient admitted but Case Communication assessment is not locked/signed.
Once selected under Master Files/Alerts, these will display for a Homecare patient who has a Case Communication Note that is not complete or locked/signed.
firstHOSPICE
Maintenance
● Changes have been made to Bereavement to fix issues that were causing plans with a space at the end of the name to not create Communications for Community Bereaved.
Enhancements
● Changes have been made to Reports to add the “Revenue Summary Report” to the Hospice line of business. For further details contact Support for the Revenue Summary Report Overview.
● Changes will be made to Alerts to add an alert 001 - Patient admission is pending with no clinical documentation to Hospice. This alert will look for a patient with a “Pending Admission” that contains no “Initial Nurse Assessment”.
