Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.

Maintenance
Changes have been made to Clinical Documents to fix issues that were causing slowness on SN Routine Visit Note Trending and CPS pages for patients with a large number of recordings of wound observations.
Enhancements
Changes have been made to Reports | Admission to add a new Pending report. The report filters by Office, Referral Date, Patient Name, and Payor Name. Report results include Office, Patient Name, Referral Date, Schedule Admit Date, Physician Order Date, Referring Physician, Diagnosis Description, Payor, Age of Referral, and Notes. The report will assist in quickly viewing patients who have been entered into Enterprise Edition but have not yet been admitted.
Changes have been made to Patients | Intake/Referral | Personnel to add a new Case Manager checkbox to allow you to select which personnel in the list for the patient is the Case Manager. Only one Case Manager is allowed for each patient. The Case Manager checkbox can be changed as needed.
Changes have been made to Accounts to add GL Posting Advice for General Ledger posting. Refer to the General Ledger User’s Guide that will be attached to the upcoming Release Notes for further information.
Changes have been made to Accounts | Productivity to allow users with rights to Productivity in User Security, but not to Billing, to enter Productivity records. Users with rights to Productivity will not have access to Billing unless they have been granted those rights.
Changes have been made to iLearning to add information for Business Intelligence. Business Intelligence is a set of reports designed to help agencies face two fundamental challenges: the need to maximize the quality of patient outcomes and the need to receive full payment for all provided services. Changes have been made to Reports | Admission | Case Management Listing to fix issues that were causing patients with two episodes to be excluded from the report.
Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Skilled Nursing Visit Note to fix issues that were causing system errors on page 5 when ‘10’ was entered in the Rate Pain question and saved.
Enhancements
Changes have been made to Reports | Admission | Case Management Listing to add a filter for Case Manger Name From and Case Manager Name Thru.
Changes have been made to Reports | firstAdmin to add new results including, but not limited to, Total Therapy Visit percentages for each range of visits noted, number of initial episodes with HIPPS and those with Therapy Visits. In addition, calculations for episodes with ‘F’, ‘G’, ‘H’, and ‘F’ scores.
Changes have been made to Reports to add Cost Reports as a category and HH Cost Report Part 1 as a new report. This report can be used to obtain the totals needed to fill out Part 1 of the Home Health Cost Report.

Maintenance
Changes have been made to Reports | Admission | Length of Stay to fix issues that were causing a large blank gap to display on the first page.
Enhancements
Changes have been made to Patients | Intake Referral | Medications | Care Profile to update the Hospice Responsibility checkbox. This option will now be called Hospice Covered. You will additionally see this update when you access the Medications page from the Care Profile . Also on the Medications page a new Not Covered Reason box has been added to assist with documenting information regarding why a medication is not covered.
