Maintenance
Changes have been made to Clinical Documents to fix issues that were causing the Electronic Signature stamp to not display on printed and previewed documents when using the “Print” link next to the page links in the document itself.
Changes have been made to the Patient Medication Sheet to fix issues that were causing the Office name to display incorrectly for the office in which the patient is assigned to.
Changes have been made to Personnel to fix issues that were causing an error to occur if a period was included in the Middle Initial field. Numeric and special characters will no longer be allowed. Only letters will be valid as expected, and the maximum length is set to one character for Middle Initial.
Changes have been made to Scheduling to fix issues that were causing errors when the Establish Call-Out Request button was clicked in the patient’s schedule detail.
Changes have been made to Tools | Mileage Review to fix issues that were causing the report to display inaccurate mileage due to certain report groupings.
Changes have been made to enable patient names to properly load when selecting them on Surface Tablets with IE10 and IE11.
Changes have been made to Orders to delete all Visits associated with the Order that are in an Unassigned status.
Enhancements
Changes have been made to Reports | Admission | Listing by Physician to add additional report filters for Physicians as well as the option to only display the Primary Diagnosis for the patient. This allows the user to view the report for certain physicians, if needed. In addition, allowing the user to only display the patient’s Primary Diagnosis decreases the size of the report.
Changes have been made to Document Tracking to fix issues that were causing the Case Communication document to not appear as an option in Document Tracking. Additionally, the following enhancements have been made to Document Tracking:
Will now default to blank
Certification Assessment types will only appear in 485 Tracking
All documents are available for selection in the Document Name list when the discipline is blank
All filter criteria and search results are saved when you click Preview and then the Document Tracking tab

Maintenance
Changes have been made to Reports | Accounting | Visit Logs to fix issues that were causing visits that spanned over the last day of the previous year (2013) to the first day of this year (2014) to be counted for January of the previous year (2013).
Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Skilled Nursing Visit Note to remove the previously added Revise button. The Revise button is not needed as this is not an OASIS that needs the ability to be revised.
Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | OASIS to auto populate questions M0010, M0014, M0016, M0018, and M0020 into every OASIS. These fields will no longer be editable at the OASIS level.
Changes have been made to Billing to fix issues that were causing non-episodic claims that include a 0023 line with a HIPPS code to include the HC HCPCS qualifier instead of the HP HIPPS qualifier.
Changes have been made to Scheduling to fix issues that were sometimes causing the first letter in personnel last name to not display.
Changes have been made to Alerts to fix issues that were preventing Alert 013 “Patient admitted with episode but initial certification (485) does not exist.” from triggering when the admit date includes a time.
Changes have been made to Alerts to fix issues that were causing Alert 184 “A Locked <OASIS Document> awaits OASIS Certification” to not trigger if a previous Alert 184 existed and was manually resolved.
Changes have been made to Billing to fix issues that were causing 1500 claims to be duplicated in the Account Summary and the Authorization to not pull to the claim. 1500 claims will now pull the effective Authorization from the Authorization tab. If none exists, the Current Authorization will be pulled from the Patient | Insurance tab. If no Current Authorization exists either, the Authorization determined by Billing will be pulled.
Enhancements
Changes have been made to Patients | Intake/Referral | Physicians to add a new Certifying checkbox. When this box is checked and the admission is included on a UB04 claim, the certifying physician will be included. If the same physician is the certifying and attending physician, the physician will only be included as the attending physician.

Changes have been made to MAR to fix issues that were causing errors when saving a Level of Care record.
Changes have been made to Reports | Patients | Patient Disaster Listing to fix issues that were causing Bereaved patients to inaccurately display on this report.
Enhancements
HEALTHCAREfirst is beginning the process of adding the ability to revise non-OASIS Clinical Documents for versioning. The first step of this phase includes changes that have been made to Clinical Documents | Initial Plan of Care/Physicians Order to add a Revise button. Selecting Revise for a locked Initial Plan of Care/Physicians Order will copy the contents, creating a new version in the document list. At this time users will only be able see the most recent revised document after a revision has been created. All previous versions of the document will not be able to be viewed at this time. In the next release, access will be granted to all users to see all versions of the Initial Plan of Care/Physicians Order as well as a report that will display the changes made between various versions of the Initial Plan of Care/Physicians Order. Future product releases will include the ability to revise additional Clinical Documents.
Changes have been made to accommodate the new CMS Hospice Item Set (HIS) requirements. Further details are attached to the Release Notes in the "Hospice Item Set" document, and have been added to iLearning.
Changes have been made to Patients | MAR | Medication Admin to add allergy alerts. Medications with an allergy alert will display with a red bar at the top along with an Allergy Alert button. Clicking the button will display the corresponding report which is the same report that will display when clicking the Alert button on the Patient | Medications screen.
Changes have been made to Document Tracking to add the following enhancements:
Specific disciplines can now be selected, Case Communication and Custom Documents will now appear
CH (Chaplain) and PHY (Hospice Physician) were added to the discipline list
Several existing documents were updated
