Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.

Enhancements

●       Changes will be made to Billing for Iowa Medicaid. Paper claims and efiles will now include:

• • When TOB is populated the Type of Bill will default to 34X.

  • Occurrence Code 27 with Admission Date, and Value Code 61 with patient CBSA as Medicare currently includes.

  • Condition Code XD if all services included are non-skilled.

Insurance Billing code XB will need to be used, not the homebound indicator. This Condition Code will print on paper claims and be included in the efile.
