firstHOMECARE & firstHOSPICE

 

Enhancements

       Changes have been made to Reports | Personnel | Availability to change the ID From and ID Thru defaults to allow for Personnel ID that begin with alphabetic and numeric characters.

       Changes have been made to Patients | Intake/Referral | Pharmacies and Master Files | Pharmacies to sort the listing alphabetically by the Name of the Pharmacy. This will make finding the Pharmacy in the Patient listing and the Master Files listing quicker and more efficient. 

 

Maintenance

       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Wound Addendum to fix issues that were causing the Electronically Signed values to not display after the document was locked. In addition, changes have been made to fix issues that were causing the statement that the document had not been signed to not display before the document was locked.

       Changes have been made to Reports | Admission | Listing by Diagnosis to fix issues that were causing the report for discharged patients to display active patients. Now when the Active Only box is not checked, only discharged patients will appear on the report.­­

       Changes have been made to Reports | Accounting | Revenue to fix issues that were causing the Line of Business value to not always match up with the Line of Business filter selected when viewing or printing this report.

       Changes have been made to Reports | Accounting | Revenue Summary to fix issues that were excluding batches not posted within the reporting period from the report, causing the billed columns to be incorrect.

       ­­­­­­Changes have been made to the Home Messaging screen to fix issues that were causing incorrect signature/dates to be printed on documents. When a user had two different messages containing links to locked documents, accessed the document via the link and printed the document, the second printed document would contain the signature/date of the first document that was printed. The documents will now contain the correct signature/date.­­

       Changes have been made to Orders to disable the Save button until the Order has completed saving. This will prevent users from selecting Save more than once during the process, prohibiting the Order from saving twice.

       Changes have been made to Personnel | Personnel Management to fix issues occurring after new Personnel were entered, causing the screen in the Personnel Chart tab to populate with the first personnel in the list instead of the new personnel that was just entered and saved.

       Changes have been made to Patient | Intake/Referral | Diagnosis to fix issues that were causing the Calendar button to not display for the Exb Date/Onset Date drop-down menu.

       Changes have been made to Billing Errors | Face to Face to fix an errors that were occurring when the SOC date was used as the Face to Face date. Affected billing errors are F2FOORHOS, PHYSOORHOS, and F2FENCHIHOS.

       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | P Page to fix issues that were causing the charge to have 0 visit hours in Charge Verification.

Maintenance

       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | PT Start of Care/Resumption of Care C 2.00 Functional Summary (page 18) to change the wording for the Bed Mobility, Ambulation, and Transfers drop-down menus from “Moderately independent” to “Modified independent”. In addition, the OT Evaluation Functional Summary (page 2) will change the wording for “Modified independent” to be correctly spelled.

       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | OASIS SN Discharge C-2.00 and OASIS PT Discharge C-2.00 to fix issues that were causing the MO100 Clear button to not function properly.

       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | HHA Visit Note to enable the Assist with Transfers value to save correctly.

       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Skilled Nursing Visit Note to enable the Visit Time to save correctly on Page 5 with the Visit Date upon initial Save.

       Changes have been made to Billing to fix errors that were causing bill batch dollar amounts to not match unbilled dollar amounts reported on the Revenue Summary Report.

 

 

firstHOSPICE

Enhancements

       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Hospice Aide Visit Note and Hospice Aide Care Plan to change the wording of “Diaper Change” to “Brief Change”. In addition, the Visit Note Supplies wording will also be changed from “Diapers” to “Briefs”.

       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Nurse Visit Note (page 6), IDT Plan of Care (page 5), IDT Plan of Care Update (page 5), Initial Nurse Assessment (page 4), and Imminent Status Review documents to change terminology from “Death Rattle” to “Terminal Secretions/Death Rattle.

 

Maintenance

       Changes have been made to Admission | Level/Location of Care to not allow a user to overlap the Level of Care date if one had been deleted. In addition, the Save button has been enabled again, but in order to preserve any previous relationships associated with the patient’s Level of Care, the Location Code and Facility Name fields cannot be edited once a Facility has been associated with a patient’s Level of Care. If the Location Code or Facility Name fields are attempted to be edited in this scenario, a message will appear stating that the change is not allowed.
