Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.
firstHOMECARE & firstHOSPICE
Enhancements
● Changes have been made to Case Communication to now display, on the screen and on printed copy, the Patient’s Date of Birth (DOB). The information will be located under the Patient’s Name and will be labeled Patient’s DOB. In addition, Case Communication will now display, on the screen and on printed copy, the Patient’s Attending Physician. This information will be located under the Patient’s DOB. For agencies that send these notes to Physician’s, these additions will assist the Physician by giving them more detailed information regarding the patient.
● Changes have been made to iLearning to add a new Online User’s Guide. The learning modules and paper User’s Guides have been removed and replaced with the Online User’s Guide.
Maintenance
● Changes have been made to Document Tracking | Documents to fix issues that were causing Face to Face Physician Encounter documents to display in Document Tracking searches in the Documents found grid. Face to Face Physician Encounter documents will now only display, as they should, in Document Tracking | Orders/F2F searches.
● Changes have been made to Messaging to fix issues that were causing not all correspondence from all emails to appear in the communication.
● Changes have been made to Reports | Billing | Revenue to fix issues that were causing the report to display an error when attempting to sort the report by the column headers.
● Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | Custom Agency Documents to fix issues that were causing a Run Time Error to occur when a locked Custom Agency Document was opened.
● Changes have been made to Billing to fix issues that were causing the UB04 to print inaccurately.

Maintenance
● Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Oasis: M2200 Therapy Need to fix issues that were allowing the field to be saved with less than three digits.
● Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | SN Start of Care/Rsumption of Care C-2.00, SN Discharge C-2.00, PT Start of Care/Resumption of Care C-2.00, and PT Discharge C-2.00 in the M1310, M1312, and M1314 questions to fix issues that were causing the warning to not appear when the format XX.X was not used. In addition, these fields were only allowing one or two numbers to be entered. A message will now display if any form other than XX.X is used in these fields.
● Changes have been made to Billing to fix issues that were causing episodes with charges that have a time that ended on the last day of the episode to not pull into the RAP.
● Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | Trending Pages to now display only the most current revision for all documents.
firstHOSPICE
Maintenance
● Changes have been made to Patient | Admission/Discharge | Admission (Level of Care drop-down) and Level/Location of Care (Revenue Code drop-down) to fix issues that were causing values greater than 30 characters to display blank.
● Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Nursing Visit Note, Initial Nurse Assessment, IDT Plan of Care and IDT Plan of Care Update to fix issues that were causing the Cardiovascular section of these documents to not allow the user to fill out the Capillary Refill section unless Edema was checked first.
● Changes have been made to Clinical Documents | Initial Nurse Assessment, IDT Plan of Care, IDT Plan of Care Update, and Nursing Visit Note to fix issues in the Cardiovascular section – Identified Problems area that were causing the drop-down selection to not be immediately enabled when the Pitting and Capillary Refill checkboxes were checked.
● Changes have been made to Patients | Admission/Discharge | Discharge/Revocation to fix issues that were causing the discharge status 01 Discharge Routine to not save for Medicaid Room & Board.
