Enterprise Edition 14.9 Release Notes

Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.

  firstHOMECARE & firstHOSPICE

Maintenance

●       Changes have been made to iPad | Patients | Medication Orders to fix issues that were causing the Author and Physician drop-downs to display twice.

●       Changes have been made to iPad | Patients | Admission/Discharge | Admission to fix issues that were causing the Status drop-down to not respond when touched.

●       Changes have been made to iPad | Clinical Documents | MSW Assessment to fix issues that were causing the document to have display issues on pages 1, 2, and 4.

●       Changes have been made to iPad and IE | Patients | Intake/Referral | Family Caregiver to fix issues that were causing the Caregiver’s Phone Number to disappear when updating the Phone Number Type.

●       Changes have been made to iPad | Patient Search to fix issues that were causing the Last Name search to be difficult to select from the drop-down menu when the Agency name was long, causing the fields to overlap.

●       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents to fix issues that were causing users without Clinical Supervisory rights to have the ability to modify other users documents.

●       Changes have been made to Clinical Documents to fix issues that were causing the Remove Med Profile icon to not be completely visible after Documents with Med Profiles were saved.

●       Changes have been made to Patient Management | Admission to fix issues that were causing the Do Not Admit Reason text to overlap the Diagnosis field. The text on the summary page has been restricted to 25 characters. The first 100 characters are visible when you hover your mouse over the text. To view the entire narrative, access the detail page. (NOTE: The browser must support tooltips to be able to view the longer narrative when you hover your mouse over the text.)

●       Changes have been made to Document Creator to fix issues that were causing custom documents to not save when a special character existed.

Enhancements

●       Changes have been made to iPad to shade the text for Disabled Text/Edit Boxes darker to increase readability.

firstHOMECARE

Maintenance

●       Changes have been made to iPad | Clinical Documents to fix issues that were causing the OASIS PT Follow Up/Recertification, OASIS PT Discharge, SN Clinical Progress Note (B), and SN Clinical Evaluation to have multiple display issues.

●       Changes have been made to iPad | Clinical Documents | 485 to fix issues that were causing the documents to not display correctly, making it difficult to save data.

●       Changes have been made to iPad | Clinical Documents |  to fix issues that were causing OASIS PT Start of Care/Resumption of Care to have multiple display issues.  

firstHOSPICE

Maintenance

●       Changes have been made to iPad | Clinical Documents | Discharge Summary to fix issues that were causing the Attending Physician fast link to not work.

●       Changes have been made to iPad | Clinical Documents | Nutrition Standalone to fix issues that were causing the Total value to display on top of the Risk label.

●       Changes have been made to Billing to fix issues that were causing billing errors for Unsigned Med Orders and Physician Orders for records excluded from a saved batch in Accounts to not trigger the billing errors when the batch was re-generated.

●       Changes have been made to Tools | Medication Fills to fix issues for non Medi-span users that were causing medications with an 11 digit NDC that were flagged as invalid in to be excluded from the claim. Note: No change for Medi-span clients, these medications will still be excluded from the claim.

●       Changes have been made to Billing to fix  issues that were causing drugs and infusion pumps to not be included on claims when the first Level of Care was General Inpatient and the associated Location Code HCPCS was "Q5006 - Hospice care provided in Inpatient Hospice Facility".
