Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.

Maintenance

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to allow users to deselect and uncheck the Unable to sign document checkbox in the Signature/Dates section after it has been selected. The Patient Date field is now enabled after the Patient Signature is entered.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to properly display Electronically signed by on applicable documents. Users now have the option to sign documents via a mouse or electronic signature pad.

1. If your agency has Electronic Signature enabled in System Control:

a. If the Clinician clicks the pen icon, to manually sign the Clinician Signature box within the document (using a mouse or electronic signature pad) and they lock the document, Electronically Signed By will be added in front of the Clinician’s name beneath the Signature line.

b. If the Clinician does not manually sign the Clinician Signature box within the document (using a mouse or electronic signature pad) and they lock the document, Electronically Signed By will be added in front of the Clinician’s Name beneath the Signature line and their name will be inserted above the Signature line.

2. If your agency does not have Electronic Signature enabled in System Control:

a. If the Clinician clicks the pen icon to manually sign in the Clinician Signature box within the document (using a mouse or electronic signature pad), Electronically Signed By will not appear. Only the signature image and label (with the Clinician’s name printed) will display.

b. If the Clinician does not manually sign in the Clinician Signature box within the document (using a mouse or electronic signature pad), once the document is locked, no text will display on the Signature line and only the Clinician’s name will display beneath the Signature line. The words Electronically Signed By will not display.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to properly display leading zeros in the SSN field.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to the 485 page to change the label Dyspnea to Dyspnea w/ minimal exertion.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | Face to Face documents to remove the T, CPS, and P pages from the documents.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | Braden Scale to enhance the view to add the Answer column.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to increase the font size on printed documents to 14.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to remove the display of triple scrollbars on laptop screens with a resolution of 1366x768.

• Changes have been made to Tools | OASIS Extract to resolve issues for all browsers that were occurring with large files.
