Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.

Maintenance

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to enhance OASIS document Validation to include a validation on diagnosis codes M1021_PRIMARY_DIAG_ICD='357.2', desc: Unacceptable Primary Diagnosis code due to Manifestation as Primary Diagnosis.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to fix errors causing Safety Measures to not flow to the 485. 

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to fix errors causing DME and Allergies to not flow data that pulled from the Patient Care profile unless there was manual entry of data on the OASIS 485 page.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to properly save OASIS document Patient and Employee electronic Signatures.
