Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to properly look at and pull next Episode dates on Recertification documents.
Changes have been made to Reports | CAHPS Survey to update Homecare CAHPS to include OASIS C document data.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to enable the Expand/Collapse All function on OASIS documents.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to properly update the Locked By user with the name of the Clinician in the Clinician Signature section of new 2+ documents.
Changes have been made to Document Tracking | Orders to properly return the Order List preview and to properly generate Incomplete and Not Locked alerts for New documents when appropriate.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to allow the deletion of a document when it is the only document in the Document List view.
Changes have been made to Patients | Medications and Allergies to refresh the Medications and Allergies grids after data has been entered to avoid multiple entry of data.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to remove an additional space in M0090 that was causing an error to occur when opening the document.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to fix issues that were causing errors in the Validation count when Completing or Locking a document before Validating the document.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to add the Wound origin detail for Wound data flow.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to properly display the correct Episode Dates in the document header.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to properly flow Safety Measure and Allergies to 485s.

Changes have been made to Reports | CAHPS Survey to properly include the patient’s gender in the export file to avoid file rejection due to missing information.
Changes have been made to Tools | HIS Extract to fix errors that were causing large HIS extract zip files to fail due to file size constraints.
