• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to Comprehensive Transfers to enable the entry of narrative text for M1510.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to the Other checkbox text field to enable the text field when the box is clicked and selected.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents to add the SN Clinical Evaluation C-2.00 back into the New Document drop-down menu.
