Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.

Maintenance
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | new 2+ documents to correct errors that were occurring when narratives were entered in the Allergies section.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | new 2+ documents, Wound Order Creation to accurately display the correct Discipline, assign the Attending Physician by Effective dates, and match Wound Order text for drainage to the entry.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | new 2+ documents, OASIS Extract to properly export the answer to M2002 for responses with a 0 in the field.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to import the V portion of Diagnosis codes.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to resolve errors that were occurring for assessments when one Medicare or Medicaid was not selected in question M0150.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to enable fields M0063 (Medicaid number) and M0065 (Medicare number) to be edited.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to accurately populate Zip Codes that contain a dash (-) to the OASIS document.
Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to make clinical items more consistent:
PT Comprehensive Discharge:
M1230 validation error has been corrected when response 4 is selected.
PT Visit Note:
The Wound page now includes the ability to create a Wound Order.
The Goals section now has a field to enter text.
Process Measures, Supervision, and Assess/Teach/Perform sections were missing, and have been added.
Oasis only/485:
A 485 page has been added to the Oasis only SOC/ROC.
A 485 page has been added to the Oasis only FU/Recert.
Form flow and re-order of questions and sections, several changes have been made to better align clinical questions and to prevent sections from being skipped:
On the PT Comprehensive Follow-up/Recert, M1020 and M1030 have been moved from the Body Systems section to the Patient Diagnosis and History section
On the SN Comprehensive SOC/ROC and PT Comprehensive SOC/ROC the Therapy Need and Plan of Care sections have been adjusted for better clinical flow and consistency
On the SN Comprehensive SOC/ROC and PT Comprehensive SOC/ROC the Nutritional section has been moved from the end of the document to the middle of the document to match the location on the SN Comprehensive Follow-up/Recert and to follow clinical Oasis questions related to nutrition.
On the SN Comprehensive Follow-up/Recert, M1400 Short of Breath, has been moved to the Respiratory section.
On the SN and PT Comprehensive Discharge sections there were two Medication sections, one for M items and one for comprehensive clinical information. These sections have been combined into one Medication section
On the SN Comprehensive Discharge, the SN Comprehensive FU/Recert, the PT Comprehensive Discharge and the PT Comprehensive FU/Recert question M1242 Frequency of Pain has been moved from the Sensory section to the Pain section
On the SN and PT Comprehensive SOC/ROC's and the SN and PT Comprehensive Discharges, the Fall Risk section has been updated to include TUG information.
M0060 has been updated to prevent leading dashes from being included.
Other miscellaneous consistency changes:
Section headers have been updated. Previously some headers were in all caps and some were first letter cap with the remainder lowercase. Now all section headers are first letter cap with the remainder lower case.
