Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.

Maintenance

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to correct Wound warning messages that were displaying when no wound was flowing into the document.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to correct a Validation error that was erroneously occurring “If [M1324: Stage of Most Probelmatic Pressure Ulcer] = [04], then [M1308: No. Pressure Ulcers – stage 4] must be greater than [00] (zero)”. Additionally, M1324 was displaying a 4 instead of the 3 as marked in the extract file. The following M questions have also been corrected as they were displaying inaccurately in the extract file for C and C1 documents:

• 2420

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | Wound Order for SOC and Follow Up document types to correct the Order Type.
