Below are the latest updates to Enterprise Edition.

Maintenance

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | new 2+ documents to correctly populate the P Page with Visit Start/End times from the Schedule when the Visit From Home Schedule is selected.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS C1 documents to properly update the Document Validation Status in the Document grid.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | 485 to enable the values in Goals (485-22), to flow to 485s upon Validation and locking of the OASIS.

• Changes have been made to Patients | Documents | OASIS documents to make clinical items more consistent:

• Several sections have been moved to be more consistent across timepoints and to better meet clinical document flow.

• The size of the text box for the following section of the F2F Physician Encounter was increased: “The encounter with the patient was in whole, or in part for the following medical condition which is the primary reason for home health. That medical condition is identified as follows:”

• The Vital section on the Oasis C1 assessments and Visit Notes has been updated to allow entry of B/P L and R for Sitting, Standing, and Lying. Previously only one entry was allowed per side via a drop-down selection. (Vitals have not been updated on the SN or PT Visit Notes. While it has been corrected in the Oasis C1 documents, it will be updated in the SN/PT Visit Notes upon the next release.)

• SN Comprehensive SOC/ROC:

• • Several Pressure Ulcer/Wound checkboxes have been added to the top of the Integumentary Status section

  • The Health Screening section will now become disabled when “Not Assessed” is checked and selected.
