Running the Event Log Report

●     Offices — Click the arrow beside this field and select the office you want to see on the report.

●     Events — Click the arrow beside this field and select the events you want to see on the report.

●     ID From / Thru — Click the arrow beside these fields and select a range of IDs for the report.

●     Patient Name From / Thru — Click the arrow beside these fields and select a range of patient names for the report.

●     Event Begin From / Thru — Enter a range of dates for when the events began or are scheduled to begin.

●     Event End From / Thru — Enter a range of dates for when the events ended or are scheduled to end.

●     Physician Name From / Thru — Click the arrow beside these fields and select a range of physician names for the report.

●     Facility Name From / Thru — Click the arrow beside these fields and select a range of facility names for the report.
