This report provides a list of late orders, face to face encounters, and 485s.

Select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:
1. Click the arrow beside the Offices field, and then select the check box beside the office you want to use. To see all offices, click the top-level check box.
2. Change the following fields if you want to filter by specific items other than the default settings:
● Enter the Sent Date Thru date to filter by a specific date when the documents were sent.
● Enter the Complete Date Thru date to filter by a specific date when the documents were completed.
● Enter the Create Date From date to filter by a specific date when the documents were created.
● The Physician Name field includes All physicians. To filter by a specific physician, click the arrow beside this field and select from the pre-defined list of physicians.
3. By default, the following check boxes are selected to include the specified documents. Clear the check box if you want to exclude a document type:
● Include Physician Orders
● Include Physician Medication Orders
● Include Face to Face
● Include Certifications for Homecare or IPOC/Physician Orders for Hospice
4. Click Preview.
