Batch Error Report

Use the Batch Error Report to identify errors in a batch. To correct warnings/errors associated with claims in a batch:

1.    Run the Batch Error Report to identify and fix any errors within the batch.

2.    Once you correct the errors , click Refresh to ensure the errors are resolved.

3.    Use the Create Batch tab to recreate the billing batch.

In some instances, if an error does not resolve after correcting the data, you may need to delete the batch and recreate with the same batch filter criteria. This allows the system to re-examine the data and determine if the errors are resolved.
