Charge Entry by Visit Date

This report provides a list of visit dates for which you entered charges, based on the criteria you select:

1.    Click the arrow beside the Offices field, and then select the check box beside the office you want to use. To see all offices, click the top-level check box.

2.    To show all details in the report, click the Show Details check box. Otherwise, clear this check box to see a high-level report without details.

3.    Change the following fields to filter by specific items other than the default settings:

     The Patient ID From and Patient ID Thru fields include all patients. To filter the report by a specific ID, or a range of IDs, enter the range of IDs in these  fields.

     The Patient Last Name From and Patient Last Name Thru fields contain All to include all patients in the report. To filter the report by a specific patient, or a range of patient names, enter the range of names in these  fields.

     The Patient First Name From and Patient First Name Thru fields contain All to include all patients in the report. To filter the report by a specific patient, or a range of patient names, enter the range of names in these  fields.

     The Visit Date From and Visit Date Thru dates include the current day. To filter by any other dates, click in these fields and select the appropriate dates from the calendars.

     The Personnel Name From and Personnel Name Thru fields contain All to include all employees in the report. To filter the report by a specific employee, or a range of employee names, enter the range of names in these  fields.

     The Financial Class field includes All to select all financial classes. To filter by a specific financial class, click in this field and select the financial class you want to use.

     The Service From and Service Thru dates include the previous month's visit dates. To filter by upcoming visit dates, or any other dates, click in the Service From and Service Thru fields and select the appropriate dates from the calendars.

     The Revenue Code field contains All revenue codes. To filter by specific revenue codes, click the arrow beside this field, clear the check box beside All, and then select the check boxes beside the revenue codes you want to use.

4.    Click the arrow beside Payor and select the appropriate payor source, or select All Payors to display all the payor sources.
