This report provides a listing of all allergies and the associated type, code, and description. Select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:
1. Change the following fields if you want to filter by specific items other than the default settings:
● The Allergy ID Start and Allergy ID Thru fields include all allergies. To filter the report by a specific ID, or a range of IDs, enter the range of IDs in these fields.
● The Allergy Name From and Allergy Name Thru fields contain All to include all allergies in the report. To filter the report by a specific allergy name, or a range of allergy names, enter the range of names in these fields.
● The Allergy Type From and Allergy Type Thru fields contain All to include all allergy types in the report. To filter the report by a specific type of allergy, or a range of allergies, enter the range of names in these fields.
2. To show all details in the report, click the Show Details check box. Otherwise, clear this check box to see a high-level report without details.
3. Click Preview.
