This report provides a listing of all charge modifiers in the master files. Select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:
1. Click the arrow beside the Offices field, and then select the check box beside the office you want to use. To see all offices, click the top-level check box.
2. The Payor Plan From and Payor Plan Thru fields contain All to include all payor plans in the report. To filter the report by a specific payor plan name, or a range of payor plans, enter the range of names in these fields.
3. To show all details in the report, click the Show Details check box. Otherwise, clear this check box to see a high-level report without details.
4. Click Preview.
