This report provides a list of patient visits and employees assigned to the visits in column view. Select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:
1. Click the arrow beside the Offices field, and then select the check box beside the office you want to use. To see all offices, click the top-level check box.
2. Enterprise Edition selects the Show Details check box and the report includes all details related to the visits. If you do not want to include all details, clear this check box to see an overview of the report.
3. Change the following fields if you want to filter by specific items other than the default settings:
● The Patient ID From and Patient ID Thru fields include all patients in the report. To filter the report by a specific ID, or a range of IDs, enter the range of IDs in these fields.
● The Patient Name From and Patient Name Thru fields contain All to include all patients in the report. To filter the report by a specific patient, or a range of patient names, enter the range of names in these fields.
● The Physician From and Physician Thru fields contain All to include all physicians in the report. To filter the report by a specific physician, or a range of physician names, enter the range of names in these fields.
● The Payor From and Payor Thru fields contain All to include all payors in the report. To filter the report by a specific payor, or a range of payors, enter the range of names in these fields.
● The Financial Class From and Financial Class Thru fields contain All to include all financial classes in the report. To filter the report by a specific financial class, or a range of financial classes, enter the range of names in these fields.
● The Service Date as of date sets the report to display visit dates from the last day of the previous month. To filter by any other dates, click in the Service Date as of field and select the appropriate date from the calendar.
4. To display admission notes in the report, select the Admit Note check box. Otherwise, leave this check box cleared.
5. By default, the Admit From and Admit Thru dates set the report to display admissions from the previous month. To filter by any other dates, click in the Admit From and Admit Thru fields and select the appropriate dates from the calendars.
