This report provides a list of therapy reassessments for the selected date range. This report is crucial to use in order to meet CMS requirements for patient reassessments in a timely fashion. To ensure that the Therapy Reassessment report works properly, check your agency's settings in Master Files | Service Master and Payors/Plans.
To select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:
1. Click the arrow beside the Offices field, and then select the check box beside the office you want to use. To see all offices, click the top-level check box.
2. Change the following fields if you want to filter by specific items other than the default settings:
● The Case Manager Name From and Case Manager Name Thru fields include all case managers that fall in the selected range. To filter by case manager name, click in the Case Manager Name From and Case Manager Name Thru fields and enter the appropriate name(s) or beginning letters of a name(s).
● Enterprise Edition selects the Include patients that are in compliance check box and the report includes only therapy patients in compliance. Clear this check box to include all therapy patients.
● The Service From and Service Thru dates include the previous month's visit dates. To filter by upcoming visit dates, or any other dates, click in the Service From and Service Thru fields and select the appropriate dates from the calendars.
● The Discharge From and Discharge Thru dates include the previous month's discharge dates. To filter by upcoming discharge dates, or any other dates, click in the Discharge From and Discharge Thru fields and select the appropriate dates from the calendars.
● The Episode Begin From and Episode Begin Thru dates include the previous month's episode dates. To filter by upcoming episode dates, or any other dates, click in the Episode Begin From and Episode Begin Thru fields and select the appropriate dates from the calendars.
