To open any of the reports, follow the steps below:
● From the Main Menu, select Reports.
● Click the arrow beside the Report Category field.
● Select a category.
● Click the arrow beside the Report Name field, and select the appropriate report.
● From here, you can filter the report with specific information, or click to see the report with the default parameters.

To view additional pages of a report, use the following controls in the top left of the report preview:
● Click to navigate to the next page of the report.
● Click to navigate to the last page of the report.
● Click to navigate to the previous page of the report.
● Click to navigate to the first page of the report.
Use the search functionality to navigate to a specific point in the report:
1. Enter the data you want to search for in the search field.
2. Click Find beside the search field.
3. The system highlights the first occurrence of the data in the report. If there are more instances of the data you entered, click Next beside the search field to view the next instance of that data.
You can sort the report by any column using the sorting arrows beside the column name ():
1. Click the arrows once to sort a column in ascending order ().
2. To sort in descending order, click .
You can export reports in Excel, CSV, Word, or Acrobat format:
1. Click the arrow beside the Export field and select one of the following formats you want to use to export a report:
● Excel
● CSV
● Acrobat (PDF) file
● Word
2. Click Export when the link becomes active.
3. Depending on what type of browser you use, you may see a message asking if you want to open or save the file. If you select the save option, the system prompts you to select a location where you want to save and name the file.
4. Click .

Some browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, and so on, may automatically download the exported file to your downloads folder. Please consult with your agency to determine the best method for downloading exported files in your browser. |
Previewing and Printing a Report
To preview and print a report:
1. From the Report Filter Criteria window, click Preview.
2. When the report preview opens, you can review the report in the window, or click Print to send the report to your printer.
3. Depending on what type of browser you use, you may see a message asking if you want to open or save the file. If you select the save option, the system prompts you to select a location where you want to save and name the file.
4. Click Open.

The print functionality opens the report in Acrobat (PDF) format. Some browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, and so on, may automatically download the PDF to your downloads folder. You must open the PDF before sending the report to a printer. |
5. When the PDF opens, click .
6. Ensure the printer Name is the printer where you want to send the report, adjust any additional parameters necessary in the Print window, and click OK.
