This report provides a list of goals and percentages of goals met for the selected period. Select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:
1. Click the arrow beside the Offices field, and then select the check box beside the office you want to use. To see all offices, click the top-level check box.
2. By default, the Service Thru field contains the date for the last day of the previous month. To use a different date range, enter the dates you want to use in mm/dd/yyyy format.
3. Click the arrow beside the Payor field and select from the pre-defined list of payors.
4. Enter ranges or percentages in each of the Goal fields to filter by various goals.
5. Click the arrow beside the Line of Business field and select which line of business you want to use.
