Viewing the Agency Schedule

Use the Calendar to view orders for a specific employee and their patient(s), or for all your agency's employees and patients:

1.    Select a line of business.

2.    Select an office.

3.    Click the arrow beside Employee and select an employee to see their schedule, or leave the default as All Employees to see schedules for all your employees.

4.    Click the arrow beside Display By and select whether you want to view the Scheduled Dates, or the Actual Dates on the calendar.

5.    Click the arrow beside Patient and select the patient for the employee you selected, or leave the default as All Patients.

6.    Select any of the following options:

     Show Detail for

     Include Ungenerated Orders

     Status

7.    Click the arrow beside Calendar View and select how you want to display the calendar.

8.    If you want to go directly to a specific date, click    beside Go To and select the date you want to view.

9.    To print the schedule, click  .
