Troubleshooting

After 20 minutes of inactivity in Business Intelligence (BI), you will be timed out. To continue working in BI, you must go back to the firstHOMECARE Enterprise Edition site. Click on Tools>Business Intelligence to navigate back to the BI program.

You will also be timed out of firstHOMECARE Enterprise Edition after 20 minutes of inactivity. To continue working in firstHOMECARE Enterprise Edition, you must log back in to your firstHOMECARE account.

     The User's Guide contains information on account and user setup and basic information on dashboard and report concepts. Additional information regarding individual reports is located in the BI report supplements.

     The following online learning modules are available for training purposes:

o     Navigation and Reports

o     Setup and Dashboard Configuration

     Report supplements are available for all BI products and include details on Legacy reports and concepts. You can access the Report Supplements through the Support tab on the BI main menu.
