While in Schedule Review, you may edit a visit for a specific patient. To access a specific visit for a patient:
1. Navigate to Tools | Schedule Review.
2. Select the filters you want to use.
3. Click to apply all of the filtering options you selected.
4. When Enterprise Edition displays the schedule, click the Select link beside a visit to open the scheduled visit.
In the Scheduled Visit, Enterprise Edition will display the current visit. To update the visit information:
1. If different from the default, click the arrow beside the Service field and select the applicable service.
2. If necessary, use the Payor drop-down menu to assign the applicable payor for the current visit.
3. Change the start and end dates/times, as necessary.
4. Update the following:
● To change the status of the visit, click the arrow beside Status and select from the list.
● To assign an employee to the visit, or change an existing assignment, click the Available check box beside Show Personnel to display a list of available employees, and click on the name in the list that displays at the bottom of the window.

You may also click the Not Available check box if you want to see who is not available for this visit. |
● To request that an employee (either available or unavailable) accept an assignment, send a call out request.
● To generate a new order or treatment plan, click the check box beside New Order/Treatment Plan.
● If necessary, add directions to the patient's location in the Directions text box.
● Enter any additional notes for this visit in the Notes text box.
5. When you finish, click . Enterprise Edition will attempt to resolve any existing call outs and then display the visit information in a new window.
6. If Enterprise Edition could not resolve the call outs, click the arrow beside Assignment Status, and select whether the employee accepted the visit (Assigned to Visit), Declined Visit, or Did not reply.
7. Click .
8. Click the Return to Item link to go back to the visit, and then perform one of the following:
● Click to save the information, and click the Return to Schedule Review and Completion link.
● Click to complete the visit.
