The Process Holds tab can be viewed in Hospice mode only. This tab contains Held Claims, claims which have been posted to Accounts Receivable but have not yet been billed. Claims can be indicated to be held from the Create Batch or Work With Batches screens (see the Create Batch Tab and Work With Batches Tab sections for further information). The Process Holds tab will list Held Claims by Payor, and gives the option to search by Patient Last Name.
