Setting Up E-mail Notifications

In order to effectively use the Ready to Bill feature (RTB checkbox in the Work With Batches tab), agencies must first establish any personnel that should be notified when batches are ready to be billed:

1.    While logged in to the software, select Personnel from the main menu.

2.    Using the Personnel Search menu to the left, specify the employee that will receive e-mail notifications.

3.    Select the Address/Phones tab.

4.    From the Phones / Email section to the top-right, select in the Email field and enter an accurate e-mail address that can used for e-mail notifications.

There may already be an e-mail entered in this field for the "forgot password" feature. If so, the user can use this same e-mail address or update the field with a new one.

5.    Check the box next to Notify Biller to designate the employee for billing notifications.

6.    Repeat steps 2-5 for any additional personnel that should receive e-mail notifications.

     Subject: “< Agency Name > - Ready to bill batch for Payor: < Payor Name >; Sequence: <

     Sequence Order >; Office: < Office Number >”

     Body: “< Agency Name >
